With nearly three decades of experience, Joel Castaneda brings a profound wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company. His journey in the world of wine began in Sonoma County, where his unwavering dedication and commitment to excellence set the foundation for his remarkable career.
Throughout his tenure, Joel has collaborated with grape growers and farmers across California and beyond, including grape-growing regions in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Renowned for his exceptional knowledge and honesty, he has earned a stellar reputation as a leader in the field, cultivating enduring relationships and contributing significantly to industry growth and success.
Currently active in industry-related events and serves as a valuable source of information and inspiration for others. Moreover, his dedication to community enrichment is evident through his support of local organizations, reflecting his commitment to making a positive difference beyond business endeavors. Joel Castaneda Jr (Gio) is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Currently serving as the Sales & Marketing Manager at California Vineyard & Farm Supply, Joel Jr plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and cultivating client relationships.
With degrees in Business Marketing and Social Behaviors and Sciences, he brings a unique blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to his role. In addition to his academic background, he has furthered his education by obtaining a certificate in the Science of Well Being from Yale University, demonstrating his commitment to personal and professional development.
Throughout his career, Joel Jr. has been recognized for his outstanding achievements, including being awarded Top Marketer and achieving the title of Most Revenue in 2019 & 2020.
